Since 1996, Sarah has been an integral part of Blades Hair Design in Nuneaton, England. Starting as a junior and now the proud owner of the salon for over 22 years, she has curated a remarkable team, most of whom began their careers as juniors just like her. Sarah takes immense pride in each member of her team. At Blades Hair Design, Sarah's ultimate goal is to ensure that every client walks out feeling amazing, both inside and out. Specializing in colour correction and renowned for her expertise in experimenting with colours, Sarah's artistic skills bring out the best in every client's hair and beauty experience.
Jane
Jane has been an invaluable member of the Blades Hair Design team for an impressive 18 years. With her passion for hairstyling and a keen eye for detail, there's nothing she enjoys more than creating exquisite hairdos and making individuals feel truly beautiful on their special occasions, be it a glamorous prom or an unforgettable wedding day. Her clients appreciate her warm and friendly nature, as she listens attentively to their desires and collaborates closely to achieve the perfect look they envision.
Emily
Emily started at Blades Hair Design as a junior, and has become a key member of the family for 13 years now. Passionate about every aspect of her job, Emily's most admired element is the art of blow-drying. Emily provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience, leaving clients pampered and rejuvenated.
Kerri
Kerri has been at Blades for an impressive 21 years. Her true passion lies in creating stunning short hair styles through clipper work and texturing techniques. She is also known for her adventurous approach to colours, bringing a fresh and exciting dimension to her clients' looks. Whether it's crafting a bold and edgy short haircut or breathing new life into a client's colour, Kerri's passion shines through in her work and she brings her creativity, expertise, and dedication to every client interaction.
Alison
Alison brings an impressive 26 years of experience in the hair industry, with the last 3 years spent as a valued member of the Blades team. With a passion for hairdressing, Alison particularly loves the art of perming. Her expertise and attention to detail allow her to create beautiful and long-lasting curls. You may also find her showcasing her talents at our Beauty Bean Coffee Shop.
Jaz
Jaz embarked on her journey with Blades Hair Design as a junior and has proudly been a part of the team for 5 years. She finds immense reward in her job, especially in the joy of making each and every client feel welcome and comfortable during their time in the salon. Jaz is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives personalized attention and a memorable experience.
Amelia
Amelia began here as a junior and has since become a qualified stylist, being a member of the Blades team for 4 years now. With a special passion for creating fashion colours, she excels in using her skills in innovative and unique ways. Her dedication to staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in hair colouring ensures that she always delivers exceptional results.
Millie
Millie began her journey at Blades Hair Design as a junior and has since become a qualified stylist, bringing her expertise to the salon for 4 years. With a special love of being creative with her cuts, she has a real eye for crafting unique and personalized haircuts. Millie loves encouraging clients to explore different styles, empowering them to embrace new looks.
Lauren
Lauren is currently undergoing her apprenticeship at Blades Hair Design. She has shown a lot of passion to her craft, with a particular love for colouring hair and creating vibrant shades that leave her clients feeling confident. Debbie
Probably the first face you’ll see when you enter the salon. Debbie has been an invaluable member of the Blades Hair Design team for 22 years ! She is in charge of meeting, greeting, scheduling appointments, and answering any questions you may have. Throughout her years at Blades, Debbie has had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful clients who have become like family. Her warm and friendly demeanour creates a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every client feels valued and cared for.
AJ
AJ is self employed but works from our Salon here at Blades. She has been in the hairdressing industry for an impressive 43 years since leaving school, showcasing her unwavering dedication to helping people look and feel their best. With a wealth of experience, she possesses a deep passion for her craft and a genuine commitment to her clients' satisfaction.
